Tables for Every Need: Tracker CNC offers three types of products in varying sizes to meet your production needs. The Nitro table is equipped with a built-in computer interface and 1,000 machine-ready SignTorch vector graphics in a pre-assembled 4' x 4' table, perfect for a smaller workspace. The Pro table offers small- to medium-size shops an all-in-one table in four different sizes provide a variety of options to fit your space and sheet needs. The Razr is made for high-production facilities that require the utmost in precision and performance.

Smart and Simple Software: Tracker CNC products come with Command'n Cut 3.10.0 software and Corel Draw X3. Command'n Cut is powerful, user friendly software derived from Tracker's 15+ years of plasma automation knowledge, and real world input from our customers, giving you the capability to open .dxf and .plt files from most design programs and to quickly draw simple shapes such as circles, squares, rectangles, vertical, and horizontal lines for immediate cutting. CorelDraw X3 is the software that's included to design the parts you want to cut. CorelDraw X3 is a powerful, full-featured vector-based graphics package that will give you the ability to draw anything you can imagine. The program's bitmap-to-vector tracing function allows you to turn pictures and images into cutting files, and a large library of high quality fonts, and clip art images are available and ready to cut.

Experienced Design: Tucked rail design provides protection and minimizes dirt accumulation on the gear rack. Reversible cutting deck slats are simply lifted off the machine for fast and easy reversal or replacement. Removable front and side covers for ventilation and spark control (4x4 & 5x10 only).

Efficient Drive System: No rubber belts or pulleys that wear out or break over time. No gearbox that introduces backlash. Tracker offers a direct rack and pinion drive system that only gets smoother, allowing the drive system to operate as the pinion and rack mesh perfectly together, as you put more hours on your table.

True Dual Side Drive: Tracker tables come with powerful stepper drive motors on all three axes. The heavier Y axis uses two motors for true dual side drive. Others claim dual side drive however most use a jack shaft and one motor, but with two drives, Tracker tables are exceptionallly accurate and reliable.

Greater Torch Height Control: Tracker's leading edge AVC Automatic Torch Height Control System has proven to be the simplest, most effective, and most reliable height control system in the industry. This makes for easy, relaxed operation and consistently higher quality cuts. Plus, Tracker's unique AUTO PLUNGE feature senses material and resets pierce height before each cut and raises up to clear tipped up parts after each cut.
