Nitro Main Features

Three Sizes Available	Nitro 4' x 4' - Nitro 4' x 8' - Nitro 5' x 10'
Tubular Steel Frame	Jig welded steel frame construction provides a solid platform for loading and un-loading material and is designed to protect the linear rail assemblies from damage during side loading
Gantry Parking Zone	All ProTable's have this designed into the rear of the frame allowing the gantry to be parked clear of the cutting surface. This feature makes it safer and easier during top loading and side loading of material in addition to protecting the gantry from damage.
Nitro Control Center	The control center contains the ProTable's integrated computer system, machine controls, auto height control system, human interface devices, and power supplies in one clean convenient location that can be situated to suit your floor plan. Convenient control center makes operating the Nitro a pleasure.
Integrated Computer System	We build every computer system and configure it for each user and application making start-up and customer support seamless. This is not just an off the shelf pc, it's our design and is integrated into every Nitro command center.
Dual Side Drive Gantry	The Nitro's 3-axis gantry is driven from both sides in comparison to many other machines which use a single drive motor. Dual side drive is superior by eliminating the trailing effect seen on the side lacking a drive motor and increasing accuracy and durability.
Automatic Torch Height Control	Every plasma cutting table needs a fast reacting and accurate automatic torch height control system as a standard feature, not an option. This is the key to achieving accuracy, edge quality, minimal and consistent kerf width, lower operating costs, and maximum life expectancy from your plasma consumables. We won't sell a machine without it.
Command'n Cut Software	Command'n Cut was designed and written by us and is used to operate the ProTable once your parts are drawn and nested. Rather than using inexpensive generic software like many of our competitors we have developed our own software which incorporates all the features required for cnc plasma cutting. We take these features and present them in a simple user interface that is easy to learn and use. No dxf - gcode conversion, simply open dxf and cut.
CorelDRAW Design Software	You can use almost any other design program such as AutoCad if you prefer, but for those just getting started we include CorelDRAW. Corel is great for all aspects of the industry where most other software packages only excel for certain applications. Whether your scanning pictures, using text, or drawing are mechanical parts CorelDRAW gets it done.
Compatibility	Operates seamlessly with Thermal Dynamics and Hypertherm air plasma cutting systems with machine type torch. Hand torch brackets are available if required.
98% Factory Assembled	For safety and ease during shipping the gantry is to be rolled into place after delivery and the control center needs to be assembled. Aside from that your ProTable is ready to run and will have you cutting your first parts within a couple hours after taking delivery.
